Yes. We offer certified, engineered buildings that meet Florida's high-wind and coastal code requirements. We'll help you get the certification your county requires for permitting.
You book your custom build with a small deposit, and the remaining balance is due once the building is delivered and installed. We'll give you the exact figures with your quote.
We do. Financing and rent-to-own (RTO) options are available so you can get your building now and pay over time. Ask us for current terms.
Not always — many buildings can be installed on a level gravel or ground base and anchored accordingly, while others (and most permitted barndominiums) go on concrete. We'll advise what your project and county require.
